For targeted SME: > To provide SME new alternative finance solutions by using NWI ALTERNATIVE FUND ICC concept > To provide SME others institutional and private investment funds, banks and/or credit institutions to close their investment needs ASSET ALLOCATION STRATEGYThe allocation will be as follows : The asset allocation is managed by Northwestern Investment Consulting Limited (NWI Consulting Ltd), a British private consulting company, based in Manchester, United Kingdom. This consulting firm is specialized in corporate advising and fund raising for SME since 1996 and fund management through professional background of its director, Didier Dippe The main asset allocation will be as follows: 70 % into NWI DIVERSIFIED FUND (protected capital and financial leverage) 30 % into NWI PRIVATE EQUITY SME IC and/or NWI GREEN SOLUTIONS IC (according to investors strategies)
