The main objective of this fund is to provide European small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) alternative funding sources to support their creation and development

NWI ALTERNATIVE FUND ICC is a public incorporated cell company registered at Jersey under Companies Registry number 99895 and administrated by Volaw Trust & Corporate Services Limited in Jersey

This Fund compounds with a fund of fund and three cells (ICs) :
> NWI DIVERSIFIED FUND (fund of funds) managed by Lyxor Asset  Management company and secured by Societe Generale                                                                    > NWI ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT FUND IC (subscription)
> NWI PRIVATE EQUITY SME IC
> NWI GREEN SOLUTIONS IC

A DOUBLE OBJECTIVE

For institutional and private investors : 
> To secure their investment into private equity by innovative, flexible option-based structure, Evolution developed by Societe Generale Corporate & Investment banking.
> To invest into business opportunities in various business sectors selected by a professional steering committee for high technology projects and by Fonds Français pour la Nature et l’Environnement (French foundation) for sustainable development and renewable energies projects.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             > To select the targeted sector and geographical area they want to be involved in through their investment

For targeted SME:
> To provide SME new alternative finance solutions by using NWI ALTERNATIVE FUND ICC concept
> To provide SME others institutional and private investment funds, banks and/or credit institutions to close their investment needs

ASSET ALLOCATION STRATEGY

The allocation will be as follows :
The asset allocation is managed by Northwestern Investment Consulting Limited (NWI Consulting Ltd), a British private consulting company, based in Manchester, United Kingdom. This consulting firm is specialized in corporate advising and fund raising for SME since 1996 and fund management through professional background of its director, Didier Dippe

The main asset allocation will be as follows:
70 % into NWI DIVERSIFIED FUND (protected capital and financial leverage)
30 % into NWI PRIVATE EQUITY SME IC and/or NWI GREEN SOLUTIONS IC (according to investors strategies)
