NWI PRIVATE EQUITY SME IC

NWI PRIVATE EQUITY SME IC is an incorporated cell within NWI ALTERNATIVE FUND ICC and is dedicated to select and finance development (80%) and/or seed capital (20%) to small and medium-sized European companies involving in various business sectors.

Each selection made within NWI PRIVATE EQUITY SME IC is made by a steering committee composed by financial, marketing, legal and accounting key managers which approves or disapproves projects before launching audits.

Selected projects are firstly financially analysed and also reviewed from a legal and market perspective by expert consulting firms. Then, the principle of co-venture concept is applied to these projects.

The principle of co-venture consists in forecasting investment flows (in and out) and co-management :
> “In flow” Investment plan
> Management support by external consulting firms
> “Out flow” exit plan

Each placement invested into this cell is made for 3 to 5 years
