NWI DIVERSIFIED FUND is a French investment fund regulated by French regulator, Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and administrated by Lyxor Assets Management (Lyxor AM) and advised by Northwestern Investment Consulting Limited.

Lyxor Asset Management is a French asset management company belonging to SOCIETE GENERALE. Lyxor AM is regulated by AMF since May 1998 and manages a total asset value of 60 billions euros within 170 funds. Lyxor AM is ranked AA- by Standard &Poor’s.

The asset allocation into this fund is carried out by Lyxor Asset Management and Northwestern Investment Consulting Limited as trading advisor. It is implemented through Lyxor’s investment and hedge funds platform following financial strategies as:
> Long/Short Equity US & Europe and emerging markets (BRIC)
> Event Driven (distressed companies)                                                                            > CTA (Commodities)

Each investment made into this fund is for a minimum of time of 5 years.
