Board of Directors

The Directors and Investment Managers of the Fund are each experienced in advising on the administration of offshore investment companies and collective investment fund.

Robert Christensen                                                                                                 Robert, Fund Director, has had over 20 years of experience in trust and company management services within Jersey. He holds the Trustee Diploma of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and he is member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners. His principal area of work centres on devising trust, company and investment fund structures for corporate clients.

Tom Amy                                                                                                                 Tom Amy, Fund Director, is member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002. He gained an Honours Degree in Business Administration in 1999 from the University of Bath. Tom spent 3 years at EFG Fund Administration Limited where he was head of Fund Accounting and Assistant Client Director, specialising in property funds and private equity fund administration. Tom qualified as a Chartered Accountant whilst at PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP. As an Audit Manager he had a diverse client base, which included retail and private banking, trust companies, offshore investment funds and special purpose vehicles.

Didier Dippe                                                                                                             Didier, Investment Manager and Fund Director, has been Investment Manager and Executive Director of Northwestern Investment Consulting Limited - Manchester, UK since 31 May 2007. Prior to this he has been a Corporate Consultant in finance leverage and fund raising for project finance at Provent in France in 1996 - 2000 and Northwestern Investment Canada SEC in Canada in 2000 - 2004. Didier's experience includes acting as a share and bonds' Portfolio Manager for clients such French bank, Societe Generale and Koweitien investment funds at DGO brokerage firm in Paris, France from 1994 to 1995. He has also acted a Trader Assistant at currency option desk of a FOREX Dept at Paribas Capital Markets in Paris, France from 1989 to 1990. Didier is a graduate at ISEA Business School (Ecole Des Cadres Group) majoring in International Business in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France in 1993.
